Our Saturday started off beautifully with lunch at a new favorite in Park City, Chubasco's Mexican Restaurant. Still not as good as California but better than anywhere else so far. Grandma, myself and Linko took this picture while we waited for our food. Grandma and my Dad particularly love their Chili Relleno.
We unknowingly went to Park City on the weekend of the Sundance Festival so everything was really busy. People and cars were everywhere! I think it added to the exciting atmosphere of the day though.
I just love this picture of Papi holding Lincoln boy's hand and walking him out to the car. Linko loves his Papi and Gigi.
Next we went to check out the Heber Valley Cheese Farm. They had raw milk (which I have always wanted to try) and home made ice cream. Clearly Lincoln was much more interested in eating the ice cream than taking the picture.
We went on to the ice castles in Midway. It was really cold and walking in an ice castle formation was like walking through your deep freezer. It was really cool to do though. Not sure I would want to brave the cold again but the ice castle is worth doing once in your lifetime.
It was another full, family fun day in the great state of Utah.
